TRU-STIR STIRRER SHAFT COUPLINGS, COMPACT

Similar to CG-2044 but the overall height is 1” shorter. The unique design of our Tru-Stir™ stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/8” of offset misalignment. Coupling is rated for 21 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs.

Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10, 19mm stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck or motors having shaft diameters of 5/16”, 3/8”, 12mm, 1/2”, 5/8” or 3/4”. Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16” end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 3”. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

NOTE: THE 6.35MM SIZE FITS THE 10MM PTFE COVERED SHAFT.
