Terms of Use: Chemglass reserves the right to cancel and/or issue a refund on any order(s) due to pricing error(s). Chemglass reserves the right to deny sales of any product that would diminish our own stock &/or access to resupply of an item.

Discounts / Prices / Terms

Prices in our online catalog and printed material are list prices. They are current at the time of posting/printing. Please call for your discount.

NOTE: All prices online or in printed material are subject to change without notice.

Order Changes or Cancellation terms

Blanket orders/Commitment orders/Large orders: Non-Cancelable-Non-Returnable. Unless expressly disclaimed in writing, all large quantity or blanket/standing quotations, orders, and sales are on a Non-Cancelable-Non-Returnable (NCNR) basis(This is for Standard and Non Catalog/Special items). They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipments

Most of the items listed in this online catalog are in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the event that your order cannot be filled completely, a partial shipment will be made with the backordered items shipped shortly. Unless otherwise instructed we will ship UPS or FedEx.

NOTE: To have your order sent in one shipment, please specify when placing your order.

Returns

Please do not return any material without our consent. Please call or email your request to [email protected] to receive authorization. Returns must be requested within 45 days of the receipt of the order. Chemglass cannot be responsible for material returned without our permission. Products ordered in error are subject to a restocking fee. Please Note: Special Order/Custom non-catalog items cannot be returned or exchanged.

NOTE: Chemglass can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from Chemglass. We cannot process returns purchased from other Dealers or Online retailers.

Shortages/Breakages

Please call or email [email protected] to report shortages, breakage or discrepancies in your order within 10 days of receipt of your order. Do not discard broken items prior to speaking with our returns department. Pictures may be required of broken/damaged items to improve packaging and shipping methods.

Special Items

We would be pleased to quote on any material requirements you might have that are not listed in the online catalog. Please contact technical service for a price quotation.
