Manufacturing guarantee: Chemglass’s laboratory glassware is sold with a manufacturing guarantee that confirms:

• - The product is free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment
• - The item meets published specifications when delivered

Accidental or incidental breakage, thermal shock, or damage from normal laboratory use is not covered under manufacturing guarantee. Breakage occurring after prolonged use is not indicative of a manufacturing defect.

What is covered

• - Defects in materials or workmanship
• - Products that do not meet published specifications at the time of delivery

What is not covered

• - Accidental breakage (drops, impact, tipping)
• - Thermal shock from rapid heating/cooling
• - Breakage during normal laboratory use
• - Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or improper cleaning
• - Wear and tear over time

Inspection and Claims

Customers must inspect all glassware upon receipt.

Any claims for defects or shipping damage must be reported prior to use and within 10 days of delivery.

At its discretion, Chemglass will replace the product or issue credit for items confirmed to have manufacturing defects.

Shortages/Breakages

Please call or email [email protected] to report shortages, breakage or discrepancies in your order within 10 days of receipt of your order. Do not discard broken items prior to speaking with our returns department. Pictures may be required of broken/damaged items to improve packaging and shipping methods.
