This pump of the Hei-Flow Core series is particularly suitable when high volumes need to be transported easily. A flow rate of 4.0 - 4,151 ml / min can be set for this purpose. This model is designed for the use of single-channel pump heads.
Even with a load change, the speed of 50 - 600 rpm is kept constant at a control accuracy of ±2%. It is easy to switch to the reverse direction of rotation.
CG-1177-08 HEI-FLOW EXPERT 600:
This model has a flow rate of 2.0 - 4,056 ml/min and is designed for operation with single-channel pump heads. The analog interface makes it possible that all functions can be controlled externally. A control accuracy of ±0.5% and a conveyor speed of 24 - 600 rpm provide optimum process conditions. In addition, sensitive media can be protected from influence by using the optional foot switch.
Like all Heidolph peristaltic pumps, the conveying direction of this model can be changed by a simple push of a button. Furthermore, the accelerated filling and emptying of the tubing is simplified, since here only the button for the maximum speed has to be pressed.
CG-1177-09 HEI-FLOW ULTIMATE 600:
The ability to switch between precise dosing and fast conveying make this pump model the perfect complement to a reactor system. With a flow rate of 2.0 - 4,056 ml / min, when operated with single-channel pump heads, flows from feed-batch and chemostat modes of operation can be conveyed precisely. Rapid filling and emptying of the reactor system is also possible.
In addition to the selectable process parameters - speed, tubing diameter, flow quantity display, dosing volume, interval dosing and break times - the pump conveying characteristics are stored in the program. Thanks to the analogue and digital (RS 232) interfaces, processes can be automated.
All media is conveyed with a control accuracy of ±0.5% at a speed of 24 - 600 rpm. An optional foot switch can be connected for dosing by foot pressure.
