Depending on the adapted pump head, a flow rate of 0.83 - 861 ml/min for the single-channel and 0.005 - 364 ml/min for the multi-channel pump head is guaranteed. The Core 120 conveys with a control accuracy of ± 2% at a speed range of 10 - 120 rpm.
CG-1177-05 HEI-FLOW EXPERT 120:
The pump drive of the model 120 of the Hei-FLOW Expert series can be operated with either single-channel or multi-channel pump heads. The flow rates with single-channel pump heads are in the range of 0.5- 936 ml/min; with multi-channel pump heads from 0.005 - 277 ml/min.
By integrating an analog interface, it is possible to control all functions externally. In addition, an optional foot switch can be adapted to enable dosing by foot pressure. Hands thus remain free to perform other work, for example, to hold the tubing and the vessel.
A speed of 5 - 120 rpm with a control accuracy of ±0.5% guarantees optimum process results.
CG-1177-06 HEI-FLOW ULTIMATE 120:
Accurate dosing is particularly important in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food sector. Comprehensible process conditions are a prerequisite for the safe conveyance of sensitive media. This is ensured by a control accuracy of ±0.5% and precise speed adjustment (5 - 120 rpm).
In addition, an optional foot switch allows the pump to be operated in closed exhaust hoods. The parameters - speed, direction of rotation and on/off function - can be controlled externally either through the analog or digital interface.
In this model, you can choose between a single-channel or multichannel pump head. Flow rates vary depending on the pump head: the single-channel head has a flow rate of 0.38 - 813 ml/min; for the multi-channel head 0.005 - 364 ml/min. Depending on the focus of the process, the following parameters can be set on the device: Speed, tubing diameter, flow rate display, metering volume, interval dosing and break times.
