The Unistats cover a temperature range of -120 to 300°C. They range in cooling powers from 0.7 to 130kW and heating powers from 1.5 to 80kW. The range is designed to give the operator extremely tight control over the temperature of a process regardless of the varying thermal loads generated by chemical reactions. Low internal volume, high HTF flow rates with low pressure and highly efficient thermal transfer eliminates oil cracking and results in the ability to rapidly ramp the jacket temperature to keep the process at the target temperature. The hydraulically sealed fluid system means no fumes or at high temperatures and no moisture absorption at low temperatures. You can expect far longer life times and extended temperature ranges from your expensive thermal fluid with a Unistat. Uniformity in technology and control throughout the range gives each scale of application familiarity unique to the Unistats.
