The Velp ChemSynt 301 is a modular and automated reaction workstation designed to precisely control temperature, pH, stirring and reagent dosing during chemical synthesis. It enables real-time data collection and unattended 24/7 operation for up to 7 days, reducing manual workload while improving process understanding, optimization and scale-up efficiency.

Precise Temperature & pH Control

  • Temperature range from -40 °C to +150 °C with programmable ramps
  • Real-time monitoring of Reaction Temperature (Tr) and Jacket Temperature (Tj)
  • pH monitoring and control with possible automated acid-base dosing

Versatile Reactor Configurations

  • Vial-based setup with dedicated adapter and parallel management of up to 5 vials
  • 100 mL and 400 mL round-bottom glass reactors for intermediate to larger volumes
  • Two-piece design across all configurations for easy cleaning and immediate access to the medium

Advanced Stirring & Dosing

  • Magnetic and mechanical stirring with three PTFE impeller configurations to mimic industrial conditions
  • Compact overhead motor with screw-lock system for quick impeller installation and minimal footprint
  • Single or double Dosing Unit with 25/50 mL syringes and automatic refill for uninterrupted dosing

Scalability & Centralized Control

  • Expandible up to 4 independent units combinable for parallel reaction screening and faster process development / optimization 
  • Single Control Pad for centralized management of all units and data collection 
  • Intuitive interface designed for fast set up and easy access to real time data
