Chemglass process filter reactors can be used for single or multi-step reactions and filtrations within the same vessel as well as production scale and process scale peptide synthesis. Our unique filter base system, patent applied for, eliminates material transfers and significantly reduces content losses. Reactor vessels are made from Type I, Class A borosilicate glass meeting ASTM Specification E438 for its exceptional chemical and heat resistance.

Chemglass 10 and 20 Liter Process Filter Reactor Systems

Complete 10 and 20L filter reactor systems come with our new, open-air, auto-centering stand for easy setup and maximum accessibility. Stand components include PTFE-coated aluminum bases, cross supports and fittings combined with stainless steel uprights for the optimal level of strength, corrosion resistance and durability. Lockable casters facilitate transport and positioning.
