CHROMCAP™ 300 HPLC SOLVENT RESERVOIR MULTI-PORT CAPS, 38-430 AND GL45 VERSACAP®

ChromCap™ 300 offers the safest and most ergonomic lab safety solution in the industry. These assemblies come with VersaCap® Technology, a Class VI PTFE Manifold and an Air Inlet Valve combined with a Foxx 25mm, 0.2μm PTFE Filter for safe vapor filtration.

The Air Inlet Valve and PTFE Filter blocks out all harmful solvent vapors while also absorbing incoming contaminants from the incoming air. This valve threads directly into any ChromCap™ 300.

The sealed design eliminates tube twisting and eliminates tubes from sliding in and out of the container. With ChromCap™ 300 it is guaranteed to get accurate data from your analysis with its airtight seal using a Class VI PTFE Manifold and Chemically Resistant Viton O-Ring.

• 0.2μm Hydrophobic PTFE membrane reinforced with a clear gamma-stable polypropylene housing.
• The air inlet valve blocks vapors of the solution in the container by utilizing an internal check valve. When the pressure reaches a specific psi, the valve will open allowing for the container to have adequate flow rate. It will keep the lab space safe from the solution.
• Flangeless nuts, in combination with an inverted PTFE ferrule, create a leak-free seal around the tubing. Sizes are compatible with all 1/4"-28 flat-bottom ports.
